The Numbers Don't Lie

6-month transformation told through biomarkers

01

Six months ago I weighed 220 lbs. My inflammation marker (hs-CRP) was 3.5 - that's "elevated cardiac risk" territory.

My doctor said my labs were "fine."

They weren't fine. I just wasn't looking at the right numbers. Here's what happened when I started. ๐Ÿงต

02

I ran comprehensive bloodwork - not the standard 20 markers your annual physical checks. I tested 100+.

Then I sequenced my genome and analyzed 178 genetic variants to understand what my body actually needs vs. what I was guessing at.

03

Six months later:

  • Weight: 220 โ†’ 170 (-50 lbs)
  • hs-CRP: 3.5 โ†’ 1.0 (-71%)
  • Testosterone: 616 โ†’ 722 (+17%)
  • HbA1c: 5.3 โ†’ 5.0 (now optimal)
  • Vitamin D: 46 โ†’ 82 (+78%)

The weight loss was discipline. The rest was understanding my biology.

04

The biggest unlock was genetics.

My genome has 9 variants that impair a single critical pathway (methylation - it controls detox, energy, DNA repair, mood).

My doctor had never tested for any of them. I was supplementing with the wrong form of every B vitamin for years.

05

I also found a cluster of 6 inflammation genes that explained why my CRP was elevated despite eating clean and exercising.

Knowing the cause โ†’ targeting the cause โ†’ 71% reduction.

That's the difference between guessing and knowing.

I'm going to start sharing all of this publicly.

My genetic data. My bloodwork over time. The protocols I run and why. The AI tools I built to analyze all of it.

No gatekeeping. Just data.

Not a doctor. Just a tech founder who got obsessed with his own biology.

Everything lives on my site โ€” my genetic data, bloodwork over time, all the protocols. I also write a newsletter called The Manual where I go deep on the science. Links below.

This is what I put in The Manual every week.
